Aerobic
AEROBIC 101 - Do not be afraid of aerobics!! It’s a great cardio work out and a terrific way to cross train. Learn the basics, just call Kimber – 724-597-0014 and set up an appointment.
BASIC SPINNING-Great way to start your first cycling class. This class will go over the basics but will also give you the workout you need. Class will be a ½ hour of straight cycling! (Intermediate/Beginner) **Beginners please show up 10 minutes before class to learn bike set-up.
CARDIO KICK-This class combines kickboxing and karate movements to even further your fitness goals. (All levels)
CARDIO ADVENTURE-Anything goes!!! This class gives you that opportunity to try just about anything-->CARDIO MIX - All cardio!!! This is a combination of step, high/lo, boxing, sculpting, and/or resista-ball. (Intermediate - Advanced)
HI/LO - A fun and challenging workout that combines high and low intensity movements. (All levels)
LO BUT LEGIT – Want a low impact workout with weights and stretching? This class is for you! Low impact floor. (Beginner-friendly, all levels)
SPINNING- Need a cardiovascular challenge? Here it is! Let our instructors take you on a ride that will achieve maximum results and improve performance and strength in ways you never thought possible. (All levels)
