CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

KIDS POWER HOUR- Learn fundamentals of muscular strength and endurance.  Kids will learn balance, coordination, stretching, and teamwork all in one fun class.

(AGES 4- 7))  45min

CHEER DANCE—ONE HOUR LONG CLASS WITH  TUMBLING WARM-UP, DANCE, BASIC TUMBLING, CREATIVE DANCE, CHEER, STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING, FLIEXIBILITY AND GAMES(AGES 4-8) 60min

YOUTH CADIO MIX- Martial Arts, self-defense, kickboxing, speed & agility training, cardio intervals..(7-12)

KIDZ BOOT CAMP- intervals of cardio-bands, weights, finishing with core training. (7-12) 45min

KIDZ STEP AND STRENGTH- Basic cardio step on an adjustable platform finishing with strength and core work.(8-12)45min

FIT KIDZ CARDIO RESISTA-BALL-join a fun and energetic class full of intervals including running, plyometrics, and strength training on a resist-a-ball. (7-12) 45min

FIT KIDZ CIRUCUIT TRAINING-a great cardio and strength circuit training workout with intervals of cardio and light-weight training using weights and bands.(7-12)-->LETS ROCK AND ROLL OUR TOTS INTO SHAPE.  A FUN ENERGETIC CLASS USING MUSIC-DANCE- AND MOVEMENT. (3-5) 30min

KIDS YOGA -Fu n physical activity through simple yoga poses that mirror animals and natural objects.  These poses will incorporate stretching, movement, and use of energy while learning to stay focused and building respect for self and others.
